Martino has worked in ecology and arboriculture since 2014 across a range of sectors including infrastructure, utilities, railway and housing.

A truly passionate environmentalist and Warden of Dickenson’s Meadow, ER’s unimproved grassland on the shores of Rutland Water.

Martino is our Biodiversity Net Gain Technical Lead and has established a solid team for this crucial new discipline. He is an outstanding inspiration to the whole team.

Martino is also an Associate member of CIEEM, a Technician member of the Arb Association (TechArborA), a professional member of the Consulting Arborist Society (CAS) and certified user of the Quantified Tree Risk Assessment (QTRA).
