Richard Erskine

BSc (Hons)


Richard has a range of skills including protected species surveys and mitigation for bats, badgers, otter and water vole, reptiles, great crested newts, Phase 1 habitat surveys and Ecological Clerk of Works.

Rich holds a BSc (Hons) in Animal Behaviour and Wildlife Conservation, having graduated in 2015. He’s worked for a number of consultancies across the West Midlands and has experience on projects ranging from small scale developments to large infrastructure projects.

Rich has recently acquired his level 1 Great Crested Newt licence, and is working towards his level 1 bat licence and is working towards his Associate CIEEM membership. In his spare time, Richard spends as much time as he can outside with his young family and enjoys hiking, playing football and tennis.
